Giles York Acting Chief Constable of Sussex Police
Giles York Acting Chief Constable of Sussex Police

The Sussex Police force has lost all credibility to police and Martin Richards, Giles York, Katy Bourne and Mark Streater have brought Sussex police into disrepute.

This is the damning verdict of people in Sussex.

THE PUBLIC ATTACK SUSSEX POLICE

Following the corruption of Sussex police allowed to spread unchecked since the Athelstan Popkess scandal of 1964, the public are attacking police officers for no other reason that they are police officers, who are perceived to follow the orders of ruthless corporations and criminals, above and beyond Common Law and the interests of the people.

POLICE AND PUBLIC ATTACKED IN BRIGHTON INCIDENT

09 March 2014

Three men were arrested after objects were thrown at police officers and members of the public from the roof of a building in Brighton.

Shortly after 6pm on Saturday 8 March police were called to the Montpelier Peace Baptist Church in Montpelier Place, Brighton, after men had been reported on the roof. When a police car arrived bottles and other objects were thrown at the two officers and members of the public.

The windscreen of the police car was smashed when it was hit by an object containing paint.

The area was swiftly contained and searched, and three men were found in gardens nearby less than an hour later.

Three men, aged 21, 20, and 19, were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and after being interviewed were released on police bail until 7 May while enquiries continue.

Nobody was injured during the incident itself, although one officer was treated at the Royal Sussex County Hospital for chest injuries caused in a fall while the inside of the building was being searched.

There are no other reports of damage.

SUSSEX POLICE HAVE LOST THE AUTHORITY TO POLICE.

No one in Sussex can be sure whether or not the police officer dealing with any incident knows what the law is, when the Chief Constable doesn’t know what the law is.

If, as happened to me, a police officer asks to look at the footage on your camera, you have every right to say no, as it would constitute a search and any search of your person requires you to be a suspect of a crime. If no crime has been committed, then any search needs to be consensual.

While on the second occasion a Sussex police officer asked to look at my footage and I replied no, the police officer deemed me to be obstructive and threatened to arrange a visit from the social services because I filmed a fire engine and crew parked outside my front door, demonstrating that she doesn’t know the law herself.

BEING INSENSITIVE IS NOT A CRIME.

I find it insensitive that the people shown on TV, presented as out-standing members of society, are in fact the worst and most evil human beings in the world today.

Any law-abiding citizen in Sussex is left scratching their heads; does this police officer even know what the law is?

It’s been proved as FACT that Sussex Police don’t know what the law is.

IT’S A MATTER OF TIME. GET IT WHILE YOU CAN.

Mark Daly from BBC Panorama and the news editor of the East Grinstead Courier are investigating Sussex Police and Katy Bourne.

As any News Editor would point out;

“The decision we have to make is, often, not just how newsworthy something is but whether it’s the sort of news our readers want to read in their local paper. The key is to make it local. If there’s someone in-patch calling for resignations, that will help. I’m the news ed here, our chief reporter will take a look into this. We’ll see what he comes up with. I can see it’s an obvious lead in a national or Sussex wide paper.”

“It is only a matter of time before the nation press turns their eye on Sussex. Get it while you can. You will soon be under-arrest.”

    1. CONGRATULATIONS TO “NO WAY,” who is the first reader to be entered into March’s monthly draw to win a signed copy of my debut novel, The Golden Cube, for spotting a spelling mistake in ‘Sussex Police loses all credibility.’

He or she, because I’ve got “NO WAY” of knowing which, correctly points out the spelling mistake ‘dones’t’, when of-course the correct spelling is ‘doesn’t.’

Thank you ‘No Way’ for pointing that out and yes you can be assured that one spelling mistake doesn’t falsify the statements I make.
