“HERE WE GO AGAIN”
Sussex Police officers suspended over woman in car allegation.

ImageTwo Sussex police officers have been suspended from duty over allegations of having a threesome in their police car.

Sussex Police said the two officers from the East Sussex division were being investigated by the force’s professional standards department.

ImageThe IPCC recently tasked the Sussex Police Professional standards department to investigate the circumstances in which a homeless Hastings man mysteriously started to bleed from his groin. Sussex Police Professional standards found the police officers involved had no part to play in the injury, and in fact helped save the man’s life and should be commended for their ‘quick thinking.’ No doubt they will congratulate the uniformed police officers involved for their ‘quick thinking’ in taking photographs of the threesome to be posted on the Police’s intranet.

Asked if the allegations involved photography, a Sussex Police spokesman said they would not deny this.

The spokesman said “I will not be drawn on whether the allegation was sexual but can confirm it was definitely not violent.”

It is believed the woman involved has been or is due to be interviewed by the police’s professional standards department.

Suspended on Full-Pay.

Enjoying a break at the taxpayer’s expense, the Sussex Police officers were said to have had an “interaction with a female member of the public in a marked police vehicle in Heathfield in November”.

They were suspended on 28 March 2014 pending an investigation for gross misconduct; 5 months after the incident occurred. Unable to keep the lid on it for any longer, Sussex Police were forced to suspend the police officers while their investigation continues.

“We cannot comment further on the case as the investigation is still ongoing,” the force said in a statement.

It would seem that covering up police corruption is now a daily occurrence for Sussex Police.

As the whistle-blower who exposed the real reason why Martin Richard’s retired said, “This latest news again bears testament to exactly what you are revealing to the people of Sussex. It is more than clear to see, that Sussex Police are experiencing yet another serious set-of circumstances as if they didn’t already have enough with what you have placed at their door already. It would seem that its now an every day occurrence.

It would appear that yet another vulnerable person has fallen foul of the Sussex Police work method, this has to now be highlighted to the people of Sussex, wouldn’t you agree?”

Read more; as if you don’t already know; the real reason why Martin Richards retired early.

Revealed for the first time here, yet another example of Sussex Police cover-up has come to light.

Reported by a respected doctor, (who wishes to remain anonymous) because he is too scared to return to his deceased mother’s home in Sussex, in fear of Sussex Police; refers to his mother’s inquest due to take place on 24 April 2014 at Eastbourne Magistrate’s Court at 2pm, killed on the A259 Buckle By-Pass, near Seaford, East Sussex, 20 November 2013.

While no one (I cannot speak for Sussex Police) wishes to make light of any death on a Sussex road, it is not beyond the realms of impossibility, that the very same police officers who attended the death in November 2013, could well have been the very same police officers who, an hour earlier, may have been engaged in threesome sex with a female member of the public.

As the son of the deceased remarks, “I did find some statistic on the web – I must look this up – in which Sussex Police were voted 3rd as the most corrupt force in the UK. I think they are beyond imaginable appalling – they won’t let me see the images of the scene ie my mothers body until just before the Inquest. They must think it’s all such a laugh.”

All photographic evidence, of the body taken at the scene is being with-held.

  • Could it be that they are being withheld because Sussex Police officers were seen to be larking about?
  • Could it be that the Sussex Police officers who attended the scene were intoxicated with adrenaline having photographed a sexual explicit threesome in the back of their police car, who subsequently performed unprofessionally and below the expected standards of a police officer attending a fatal Road Traffic Accident?
  • Could it be that Sussex Police are in such disrepute that their police officers can no longer be taken seriously?
  • Could it be that Sussex Police have lost all authority to police?

“NO MORE THAN STATEMENTS OF PERSONAL OPINION AND ASSERTIONS.”

While the Police and Crime Panel, set up to hold Katy Bourne to account, deems the following to be “no more than statements of personal opinion and assertions,” the information cannot be denied or disputed.

Taken from the testimony of yet another victim of Sussex Police incompetence:

6. Sussex Police, is currently under investigation by the Information Complaints Commissioner for breaching the Data Protection Act. It is asked that the Inquest be postponed until the Police have complied with the Act.

7. Sussex Police, including Chief Inspector Nicholas and senior members of Sussex Police, namely the T/Chief Constable Giles York, the Head of Professional Standards, Supt Lisa Bell and Head of Road Policing, Supt Jane Derrick are currently under investigation by the Police for compiling a covert dossier intended to pervert the course of justice in relation to the investigation and Coroner’s Inquest. It is asked that the Inquest be postponed until such time as the Police and iPCC have reached a verdict

8. Members of the PCC for East Sussex including Katy Bourne, PCC, Mark Streater CEO and Mary Clarke, Senior Policy Officer, are currently under investigation by the Police and Crime Commissioners Panel for authorising the covert dossier intended to pervert the course of justice in relation to the investigation and Coroner’s Inquest. It is asked that the Inquest be postponed until such time as the Panel have reached a verdict.

Now while the Sussex Police and Crime Panel have declared “Opinions do not warrant any investigation,” the above cannot be denied.

Peter James & Katy Bourne

These are statements of truth, which in absence of any dispute, confirms the above to be a true and accurate account of what is happening within Sussex Police.

In the same respect that everything I’ve writing over the past 6 weeks with reference to why Martin Richard’s really retired early, simply confirms the truth of the situation which Sussex Police find themselves in.

As the whistle-blower remarked, “It would seem that its now an every day occurrence.” Instead it would seem Sussex Police are swamped in corruption and duly spend all day trying to keep their necks above the mire of their own making.

I’M AN EXPERT, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The Sussex Police Crime panel has dismissed all talk of Sussex Police corruption as of a personal opinion. Opinion is inadmissible in a court of Law, but expert opinion is not.

Please let me assure every member of the Sussex Police and Crime Panel that I am an expert in the subject of Katy Bourne and Sussex Police corruption.

Since the Police and Crime Commissioner elections of 2012, I have been contacted by:

  • Joe Neilson – The Katrina Taylor murder cover-up
  • Michael Coughtrey – The Brighton Scandal
  • Mr. Whistle-blower and Mr. Mystery Man – The Martin Richard’s Retirement Scandal
  • Dr Proctor, son of Dr Who – The Bitches of Sussex Police Scandal
  • An anonymous Doctor – Sussex Police/Sussex Coroners Officer Scandal
  • Members of the public reporting Corrupt Solicitors
  • Members of the public reporting Corrupt Social Services

The question was asked, what are you going to do about it? To which the Sussex Police and Crime Panel have replied:

Dear Mr Taylor,

I refer to your email dated 27 March to members of the Police and Crime Panel. I refer also to your email of 1st April.

The Panel has powers and duties in respect of complaints about the conduct of Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC).

The statements on you most recent blog under the heading “Preparing for 2015” have been viewed and considered, as has your more recent email. The conclusion is that they contain no more than statements of personal opinion and assertions against the PCC and others, without amounting to anything that could be considered to be a complaint about the PCC’s conduct on any specific matter, or the discharge of her responsibilities. Whilst you are entitled to express opinions about the PCC and the Sussex Police, the continued restatement of those opinions does not warrant any investigation by the PCP.

Any complaint needs to be specific about the substance of the action or failing alleged against the PCC, rather than relying on general assertions or personal opinions. Your repetition of them does not change that.

No further action can taken by the Panel in respect of your correspondence. I must also ask that you cease sending your communications direct to the members of the PCP. They cannot and will not respond as individuals. All your communications to them will simply be redirected, as all material needs to come through this office and a decision will be taken in consultation with the PCP chairman about the response of the PCP as a panel of members.

In the interest of expediency, it would be helpful if you could address any future communication regarding the Panel (including complaints against the PCC) to the email address pcp@westsussex.gov.uk, or via the address or telephone number shown in the header of this letter.

Further information can be found on our website.

Yours sincerely,

  • It would appear that in light of the fact that Martin Richard’s retired early because he was under investigation, is of no interest to them.
  • It would appear that in light of the fact that Katy Bourne covered up the misconduct of Martin Richards and allowed him to evade justice and draw a full pension, is of no interest to them.

What can I say, expect that they are the councilors you vote for…

  1. Seems that all sussex police officers are interested in is Sex on Duty.

Are you aware of this former Sussex DCI Martyn Underhill. Scroll down to the item published on 13th March 2009 here http://www.ggm11.plus.com/police.htm about Underhill or Blunderhill as the Dorset Echo like to refer to him, and his being suspended for sex on duty with a colleague ! Blunderhill moved from Sussex soon after this suspension and took early retirement. He then moved to Dorset and in 2012 became the Dorset Police & Crime Commissioner and quickly joined this Masonic Lodge http://www.bournemouthmasons.org.uk/rowena-lodge-no-3180/
